You shouldn’t have to wonder what’s in your baby + beauty products
Background
The Honest Company was looking for support with content strategy and copy. They needed to make sure their brand voice was intact…while driving sales of their natural baby + beauty products.
The Solution
I created an editorial strategy and developed copy to support a variety of larger campaigns. The design/look and feel of each asset always started with the message, so I had to make sure to get it right (the first time!). Ultimately, the goal was to spotlight different products, segment our audience by interest (baby vs. beauty) and create consistency in our messaging and voice. Every broadcast always straddled up to company goals and high-level campaigns, but the actual words? Those were up to me to write. To keep things fresh and relevant, I made sure to tailor our content strategy to seasonal trends and holidays so that our audiences would feel extra connected to the story.
The Results
While I can’t share exact numbers, email has become a huge factor/contributor to achieving over-arching company goals. Even better? There’s a consistency in voice that wasn’t there before—something that’s immeasurable but can have a huge impact on brand affinity and growth.
